RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services
necessary for and reasonably incidental to the electrical work for alterations to
building located at 666 E. Third Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota for Bureau of Traffic
Engineers, Department of Public Works, 274 Court House, Saint Paul, Minnesota to
COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #6850 of said Commonwealth Electric Company for the
contract price of $1,299.00, such bid being the lowest and said Commonwealth Electric
Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper
City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
