COUN RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM BY

RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary
for and reasonably incidental to the Mechanical Work for the alterations to building
located at 666 E. Third Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota to SPRIGGS PLUMBING & HEATING in
accordance with Gity plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid #6849 of said Spriggs Plumbing & Heating for the contract price of $1,946.00, such
bid being the lowest and said Spriggs Plumbing & Heating being a reasonable and reliable
bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper
form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
