to accept a warranty deed from James Investment Co. conveying
to the City a perpetual easement four (4) feet in width
extending from the Public Alley in Block 10, Merrill ' s Division
of Rice Street Villas to Montana Avenue, the center line of
said easement shall be the lot line between Lots 21 and 22 in said
Block 10, Merrill ' s Division of Rice Street Villas; said easement
being granted to the City in conjunction with work to be done
under Ordinance No. 1115)4, approved December 11, 1957.
