RESOLVED, that an extra in the amount of $95.00 be
allowed under Contract Number L-5738-B between the City of
Saint Paul and the Peoples Electric Company, said contract
for electrical work in connection with the construction of
the Public Health Center Building, and said extra to cover
additional labor and material required to install a circuit
to and connect sterilizer; install duplex receptacle in
room 17 back of corridor receptacle; and install buzzers
in rooms105 and 109 with push button in corridor back of
switches and fixtures in room 109; this work having been
requested by the Commissioner of Public Safety and agreement
made with the contractor and a memorandum of said agreement
having been filed with the Comptroller and countersigned by
him.

Dear Sir:
Contract Number L-5738-B was awarded to the Peoples Elec-
tric Company for Electrical Work in Connection with the
Construction of the Public Health Center Building.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found necessary to do additional electrical work, and at
the request of the Commissioner of Public Safety negotia-
tions have been conducted with the contractor who agrees
to do the following work
Install circuit to and connect sterilizer $36.00
Install duplex receptacle in Room 17 back of
corridor receptacle 15.00
Install buzzers in rooms 105 and 109 with
push button in corridor back of switches
for fixtures in room 109 44.00
making an additional sum of $95.00, which is a reasonable
amount for the labor and material involved
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted to
the Council which will authorize an addition to Contract
Number L-5738-B, said addition in the amount of $95.00 and
to cover the above described change.
