Whereas, Additions which might
prove to be neces_ary in,the improve-
WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in
the improvement described as the Park-Iowa Sewer System,
Comptroller's Contract L-5915-A, Robert Moore, Contractor,
have been provided for in the specifications at unit prices
stipulated therein, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
additions
320 Lin.Ft. Treated Timber Piling,
complete in place @ 3.00 $ 960.00
3.97 Cu. Yds.Concrete Class B-AE,
inc.cost of forms 45.00 178.65
1.6 Cu. Yds.Concrete Class E,
inc.cost of forms 30.00 48.00
960 Lbs. Steel Reinforcement,
complete in place .15 144.00
Total Additions $1,330.65
WHEREAS, the total Net Addition is y'$1,330.65, now therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through its City
Council approves the foregoing addition in accordance with
the specifications in the sum of $1,330.65, said sum to be
added to the lump sum consideration named in the contract,
known as Comptroller's Contract L-5915-A, for the making of
said improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above
named contractor that the sum of $1,330.65 is the correct amount
to be added to the above contract.
(This additional amount to be charged to 1957 31-E1 Fund)
