BE IT RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be
and he is herein authorized and instructed to execute on behalf
of the City of St. Paul an agreement between the Chicago, Milwaukee,
St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company and the City of St. Paul,
granting the right to the City of St. Paul to install, maintain
and operate sanitary sewer lines known as the Battle Creek Sewer
across railroad property as more specifically described in the
agreement.
