RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul , as record owner
of real estate along the lines of one or more of the several
sections of public street sought to be vacated under the
pending petition of Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Saint Paul and Union Gospel Mission Association of
the City of Saint Paul, dated November 29, 1957, shall unite
in said petition as a petitioner therein and the City Clerk
hereby is authorized and directed to sign said petition in
behalf of the City of Saint Paul .
