RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen's Compensation
Account of the General Fund, weekly compensation of $45.00
be paid Martin Cavegn while he is totally disabled by reason
of injuries he received on October 30, 1957, while employed
by the Department of Public Safety, and that $18.00 in final
settlement, to and including November 22, 1957, is now payable.
