Improvement described as the DAYTON — CRETIN RELIEF SEVIER, Comptroller's
Contract L -5848, Lametti & Sons, Inc., Contractors, have been provided
for in the specifications at unit prices stipulated therein, and
iffiEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following Additions:
ADDITIONS: (Sheathing left in place to support existing Water—main)
20,998 feet (board measure) — — — — — — — — , �v $150.00/11 $3,149.70, and
WHEREAS, the Addition is 3,149.70, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
foregoing Addition in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of
$ 3,149.70, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named
in the Contract, Comptroller's Contract L -5848, for the ma:,ing of said
Improvement.
The Colsmissioner of Public Works has agreed witil the above named
Contractor that the sum of t 3,149.70 is the correct amount to be added
to the above contract.
