VvHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary in the
Improvement described as the PARKWAY DRIVE BRANCH -BELT LINE SY4ER.,
Comptroller's Contract L -5847, Beatson and Kelly, Contractors, have
been provided for in the Specifications at unit prices stipulated
therein, and
;WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following Additions:

6HEREAS, the total Addition is $ 905.18, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the fore-
going Addition in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of
t 905.13, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named
in the Contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L -5847 for the making
of said Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public ?Yorks has agreed with the above named
Contractor that the sum of 9 905.18 is the correct amount to be added
to the above Contract.
This Additional Amount to be financed fron.! Bond Fund 210, Project SE13.
