1 WHEREAS, on May 6, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-497,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building
3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in December, 2008 (File No. VB0901, Assessment No. 8630); and

5 WHEREAS, the properiy at 863 Woodbridge Street, being described as:

7 LEWIS SECOND ADDITION TO ST PAUL BLOCKS 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, & 15 LOT 7 BLK
8 12;

10 with the property identification number 25-29-23-41-0188 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00 for
11 collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and

13 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
14 made in error.

16 THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
17 any accrued interests.
