COUNCIL RESOLUTION- GENERAL FORM BY

RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the Purchasing
Committee in awarding contract for furnishing and delivering approximately 50,000
gallons #2 Diesel Fuel Oil to the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Municipal
Equipment, 891 North Dale Street, St. Paul, Minnesota for the year 1958, to D -X
SUNRAY OIL COMPANY in accordance with the Formal Bid #6827 of said D -X Sunray Oil
Company for the contract price of approximately $5,336.00, such bid being the lowest
firm bid and said D -X Sunray Oil Company being a reliable and reasonable bidder, and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
