RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing
Committee therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering
to the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Municipal Equipment, 891 North
Dale Street, St. Paul, Minnesota - five - 1958 Ford Model F- 750 3 -ton Trucks
with LaHass 154C Dump Box and Perfection #702OLM Hoist, to EAST SIDE MOTOR SALES,
INC. in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid #6770 of said East Side Motor Sales, Inc. for the contract price of
$20,990.00, such bid being the lowest and said East Side Motor Sales, Inc. being a
reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be, and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
City of St. Paul.
