the corsent of the Comptroller, to purchase from WESTERN METAL PRODUCTS
COMPANY 150 Tops and Bottoms for Stop Boxes to fit 1" curb stops at a cost
of $442.50, without advertisement or competitive bids as this is the only
source of supply and no advantage could be gained thereby.
