Resolved, That the Council. hereby concurs in the recommendation of
the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and Public Buildings to lease the
privilege of a candy floss concession at Como Park. to Pairs. C. A. Fewer,
738 Como Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, for the park season of 1958, the
said Mrs. C. A. Fewer to payfor the privilege the sum of x;,300.00, payable
X150.00 on Piay 15, 1958, and $150.00 on June 15, 1958, and be it
Further Resolved, That the Corporation Counsel is hereby authorized
and directed to draw proper lease therefor and when drawn, the proper
City officers are authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul.
