Whereas, A written proposal for the
making of the following improvement,
viz.:
Opening, widening and extending
The undersigned hereby proposesthe making of the following public improvement by the City of Saint Paul, viz.:
Opening, widening and extending Mounds Boulevard by condemning and taking
the following described parcels of land:
Except the northeasterly part of Lot 9, Fred Althen's Sub of Block 61,
Lyman Dayton's Addition, measuring 61 ft. on the southeasterly line and 72 ft.
on the northwesterly line of said Lot 9j that, part of Lot 9, Fred Althen's Sub
of Block 61, Lyman Dayton's Addition northeasterly of the following line:
Commencin,; at a point on Cherry Street 97.40 ft, southwesterly from the easterly
corner of Lot 9; thence northwesterly 80.07 ft. at an angle of 720201 from the
southeasterly line of Lot 9; thence at an angle to the right of 150101, 95.40 ft,
to a point 122.40 ft. southwesterly from the northeasterly corner of and on the
northwesterly line of said Lot 9.
also that part of Lot 8, Fred Althen's Sub of Block 61, Lyman Dayton's
Addition, bounded by the following described lines: Commencing at the north-
easterly corner of Lot 8; thence southwesterly on the northwesterly line of said
Lot 8, a distance of 150 ft. to a point; thence in a southeasterly direction
on a straight line to a point 122.40 ft. southwesterly from the southeasterly
corner of and on the southeasterly line of aforesaid Lot 8; thence on the south-
easterly line a distance of 122.40 ft. to the southeasterly corner of Lot 8; thence
on the northeasterly line to the point of beginning,
