The property is described as Lots 1,2,3, Block 1, Magoffin & Breckenridge Add. The zoning is Light Ind, 11B" & "C" Residence. Rice St. has been widened resulting in the acquisition of a 201 strip of land fronting on Rice. The applicant proposes to remodel and extend the present facilities by installing a new 221 driveway off Edmund Ave., two new 221 driveways off Como Ave., and two island with a total of five pumps. The plans are in accordance with existing standards and the layout and operation have been approved by the Traffic Engineer. Field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic.
