COUNCIL RESQLUTION— GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, that the Texas Company be permitted to remodel
its filling station on the west side of Rice Street between
Edmund and Como Avenues, also described as Lots 1, 2 and 3,
Block 1, Magoffin & Breckenridge Addition, in accordance with
plans approved October 3, 1957, and subject to the condition
that sidewalks abutting said premises be kept clean and free
of ice and snow at all times.

Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the application of the Texas Co. for a permit to
remodel an existing filling station on the property located on the west side
of Rice St. between Edmund and Como Avenues. The property is described as
Lots 1,2,3, Block 1, Magoffin & Breckenridge Add. The zoning is Light Ind,
11B" & "C" Residence.
Rice St. has been widened resulting in the acquisition of a 201 strip of
land fronting on Rice. The applicant proposes to remodel and extend the
present facilities by installing a new 221 driveway off Edmund Ave., two
new 221 driveways off Como Ave., and two island with a total of five pumps.
The plans are in accordance with existing standards and the layout and
operation have been approved by the Traffic Engineer. Field investigation
discloses no objection from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic.
In consideration of these factors, the
permit to remodel the existing filling
with the plans approved Oct. 3, 1957.
