PAUL COUNCIL NO. , OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK FILE �l C UNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY �; A y A,, ,a I 1 COMMISSIONER f lA A�JY'� DATE WHEREAS, Resolution, Council File No. 185595 provided that the firm of !robins, Davis &Lyons would pay two outstanding medical bills, one in the amount of $12 due and payable to Doctors Smith, Pearson and Wolff, and another outstanding item of $15 payable to Doctor John Beer; and WHEREAS, the Resolution should have provided that the City of Saint Paul would pay said items out of the amount received by way of reimbursement to it, covered by the draft of Robins, Davis & Lyons, said draft being received by the City for medical expenses paid or incurred by it as a result of injuries sustained by an employe, Frank 'Zusan, in a third party accident which occurred July 2, 1956, Now, Therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are authorized to pay the two outstanding medical items described above, out of the Workmen's Compensation Fund, and that Council File 185595 is modified to the extent herein provided.
