Joseph Okoneski City Clerk Building Dear Sir: This is in the matter of the application of the Pilgrim Cleaners and Falcon Laundry for a permit to install and operate a drive -in dry cleaning pick -up station adjacent to the northeast corner of Pleasant and Ramsey. The property is described as the east 110' of Lot 14, Block 68, Dayton & Irvine's Add. The zoning is Commercial. The property has been occupied by a Shell Oil filling station. The applicants propose to remodel the existing building on the premises but will make no change in present driveway approaches to this property. The land uses of the immediate area are as follows: to the east, resi- dences including apartments, duplexes and single- family homes and commer- cial uses on three corners of the intersection of Pleasant, Ramsey and Garfield. Field investigation discloses no objec point of adjacent land use or traffic. the proposed layout and operation with as Ramsey St. will be due for widening required to make driveway revisions at agreed to.
