Winkel—' Whereas, Additions and Deductions Hch might prove to be necessary i,. provement described as !, nd paving job on White 9 Street to NTH, WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary in the improvement described as the grading and paving job on White Bear from Third Street to Minnehaha, Comptrollers Contract L- 5461 -2, 0. W. Swanson Construction Co., Contractor, have been provided for in the specifications at unit prices stipulated therein, and WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following additions and deductions: (See attached statement) (This additional amount to be financed from Bond Fund 200 St -J*) WHEREAS, the total Net Addition is $1,461.00, now therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the foregoing addition in accordance with the specifications in the sum of $1,461.00, said sum to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L- 5461 -2, for the making of said improvement. The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above named contractor that the sum of $1,461.00 is the correct amount to be added to the above contract.
