following improvement,
The undersigned hereby proposesthe making of the following public improvement by the City of Saint Paul, viz.:
Improving Randolph Avenue from 200 feet west of Syndicate Street to West Seventh
Street by surfacing the existing brick and asphalt pavements with new asphaltic
concrete; by surfacing the existing track area pavement with asphaltic concrete;
by resetting old curb or constructing new curbs and sidewalks where necessary;
by reconstructing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on intersecting streets
where not in conformity with said improvement and by doing all other work which
is necessary and incidental to said improvement.
PRELIMINARY ORDER.
WHEREAS, A written proposal for the making of the following improvement, viz.:
