authorized and instructed to execute an agreement with the Chicago
Great Western Railway Company whereby the Railway Company grants to
the City of St. Paul a license to construct three sanitary sewer lines
for the Battle Creek Sewer across the right-of-way of the Chicago Great
Western Railway Company.
