RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be, and he is hereby authorized,
with theconsent of the Comptroller, to issue Purchase Order to
ELKHART BRASS MANUFACTURING COMPANY for 24 PL -325 2 -1/211 Brass Couplings
with rings and gaskets at a cost of $374.40, without advertisement or
competitive bids as these are replacements and this is the only source
of supply and no advantage could be gained thereby.
