Dear Sir:
Contract Number G -344 was awarded to the Tab Construction
Company for the Construction of New Toilets for Como Park
Conservatory, St. Paul, Minnesota, this contract calling for
a completion date of December 17, 1957.
During the course of the work under this contract, it has
been determined that because of conditions beyond the control
of the contractor, an extension of time for completion of this
contract is necessary, and the contractor has submitted a request
for a 30 day extension of time which, under the circumstances,
is reasonable.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be submitted to
the Council authorizing a 30 day extension of time for completion
of the above - described contract.
