"An ordinance regulating and controlling traffic, riding,
driving and travel in the streets of the City of St. Paul and
providing punishment for the violation thereof, and repealing
all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres-
ervation of the public peace, health and safety ',

Tile Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain:
Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding
to Section o5, Subsection (a) (5), thereof, the following:
'South side of Charles Avenue between Pascal Street and
Simpson Street''.
Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub-
lic peace, health and safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its
passage and publication.
