and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary
for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of building located at 121 111innetonka
Street, described as the North 36 feet of the South 72 feet of Lot 6, Block 9, Tovn
of Brooklynd, Saint Paul, l-lnnesota to ALL STATE iI PROVING COI�TANY in accordance with
City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid 1116790 of said All
State improving Company, City to pay contractor X188.00, such bid being lowest and
said All State 1Ur�proving Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
