distribute without charge copies of the new Saint Paul "Legislative Code"
to the Judges of the Supreme Court, District Court, and Municipal Court;
to the constitutional officers of the State of Minne -;ota and to such State
Departments as would have need of said volume; to all City offices in the
numbers requested; to County offices requesting a copy of the same; to
the Hill Reference Library, Saint Paul Public Library, and college and
high school libraries, as requested; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon showing by the Corporation Counsel
that the per unit cost of the said volume with binder amounts to the sum
of 127.56; and be it
FURTFFR RESOLVED, that said officer is hereby authorized to
sell the said volume at public sale for the amount of $27.3* per volume.
