RESOLVED, That pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
531, Laws of Minnesota for 1951, and in accordance with the
provisions of Section IV, of Ordinance 6446 and upon the
recommendation and approval of the Commissioner of the
Department of Public Works, that Petronella M. Strobel,
widow of Ferdinand Strobel, Garbage Collector, who died
December 1, 1957, be paid the sum of $285.20 for 124 hours
vacation time.
