Whereas, A written proposal for the
making of the following improvement.
viz.:
Condemning and taking for sewer
purposes the following described tract
of land in Lot 55, Montville Dayton
The undersigned hereby proposes the making of the following public improvement by the City of Saint Paul, viz.:
Condemning and taking for sewer purposes the following described tract of land
in Lot 55, Montville, Dayton and Warren`s Prospect Addition to St. Paul, said
tract of land being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly
line of Lot 55, Montville, Dayton and Warren's Prospect Addition to St. Paul,
Minnesota, said point being 298.55 feet northerly from the southwesterly corner
of said Lot 55; thence due east a distance of 50 feet; thence north 12030' east,
parallel to said westerly line of said Lot 55, a distance of 51.2 feet; thence
due west a distance of 50 feet to a point on the westerly line of said Lot 55,
said point being 51.2 feet northeasterly from the point of beginning; thence
southwesterly along said westerly line of said Lot 55, a distance of 51.2 feet
to point of beginning.
WHEREAS, A written proposal for the making of the following improvement, viz.
