WHEREAS, C.F. 185386 approved December 5, 1957 be
amended and superseded as follows:
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works and the
Chief Engineer of said department approve the payment at
this time of $3,784.21 of the $5,284.21 retained percentage
for the aforesaid contract; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officers be and they
are hereby authorized to pay an estimate in the amount of
$3,784.21 from the retained percentage of $5,284.21 to
said contractor, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall have no
force or effect unless the sureties
on the contractor's
bond consent thereto in writing and
file such consent _
with the City Comptroller.
