Resolved, That the Cour� b¢reby
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the City of
St.Paul Water Department Purification Plant approximately 8000 tons Burned Lime
(Calcium Oxide) to LINWOOD STONE PRODUCTS COMPANyp INC., in acc*rdance with
City specifications and the Formal Bid #6626 of said Linwood Stone Products
Company, Inc. at a total contract price of approximately $88,800.00 f.o.b. point
of shipment, such bid being the lowest and said Linwood Stone Products Company, Inc.
being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul.
