proposed Shepard Road, from Duke Street to the northwesterly right -of -way line of
the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railway Company in Block 27, Stinson,
Brown and Ramsey's Addition to St. Paul by condemning and taking an easement for
highway purposes on and across a strip of land 82 ft. in width described as fol-
lows: All that part of Block 27, Stinson, Brown and Ramsey's Addition, bounded
by the following described lines:
Beginning at a point on the;west line of Duke�Street which is 55.88 ft. north
of its intersection with the north line of the present Randolph Avenue; thence west
on a straight line parallel to and distant 55.88 ft, north from the said north line
of Randolph Avenue to a point on the northwesterly right -of -way line of the Chicago,
St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railway Company; thence northeasterly on the said
right -of -way line to the point where it intersects a line parallel to and distant

line to its intersection with the west line of Duke Street; thence south on the said
west line of Duke Street to the point of beginning, all in the City of St. Paul,
