and 29 in Stinson, Brown and Ramsey's Addition to St. Paul, included within a strip
of land 74.50 ft. in width across the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha
Railway Company right -of -way, the northerly line of said strip being 35.50 ft-
northerly from and parallel with a reference line herein described and the southerly
line being 39.00 ft. southerly from and parallel with the sate.-reference
