RESOLVED, that it appears that the Municipal Court of the City
of Saint Paul contemplates reopening and reconsidering the case
of State of Minnesota vs. William F. Gehrke under Complaint
D 52984, heard and determined by said Court November 5, 1957,
wherein defendant Gehrke was adjudged guilty of subject alleged
traffic violation and fined the sure of $100.00, which fine was
thereupon paid and the amount thereof on such account was
remitted by the Clerk of said Court to the Commissioner of Finance
for deposit in the City Treasury; that the amount of said fine
so remitted by said Clerk be refunded to the Clerk of said
Municipal Court, there to be held subject to the decision of said
Municipal Court__ upon_ the reopening and redetermination of said
