SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the Institute for Sustainable Communities has invited Anne Aunt, Mayor Chris Coleman's Office and
Sustainability Coordinator for the City of Saint Paul, to participate in the Living Cities "Recovery through Retrofits: Green Boot
Camp" for senior government officials, staff and key non-profit and civic partners to an invitation-only training pro�ram on
making buildings more energy efficien[ and creating �een }o6s for lowerincome xesidents in the city and rea on to be held on
May 31 through June 2, 2009 at the Harvazd University John F. Kennedy School of Government; and
WHEREAS, the Institute for Sustainable Communities and Living Cities has offered to provide air transportation, two nights
]odging, �'ound transportation and meals for Anne Hunt to attend said event; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council on behalf of the citizens of Saint Paul, accepts the gifr of
lodging, travel, �ound transportation and meals fro the Institute for Sustainable Communities and Living Cities and
appropriates it ro the pablic purpose of Anne HanYs attendance at the Living Cities "Recovery through Reh'ofits: Greeu Boot
Camp"; and be it
FTNALLY RESOLVED, that the Ciry Coancil determines this to have public parpose and the Council extends its thanks and
appreciation to the Institute for Sustainable Commuuities and Living Cities for its generosity and public sezvice in this matter.
