RESOLVED, That an extension of time until December 15, 1957,
be allowed for completion of Contract Number L- 5930 -3, said
contract between the City of Saint Paul and Knud Nielsen for
Wrecking of Dwelling and Garage and Removal of Miscellaneous
Concrete and Debris located at 1421 Hague Avenue, St. Paul,
Minnesota, this extension being required because of weather
conditions and illness of the Contractor.

Contract Number L- 5930 -3 for Wrecking of Dwelling and
Garage and Removal of Miscellaneous Concrete and Debris
located at 1421 Hague Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, was awarded
to Knud Nielsen, the contract documents calling for a comple-
tion date for this work of November 25, 1957.
Due to weather conditions and illness, the Contractor
has requested an extension of time until December 15, 1957,
to complete the work under this contract, this being a reason-
able request.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing an extension of time until December
15, 1957, for completion of Contract Number L- 5930 -3.
