RESOLVED, That the Saintpaulites, Inc.
are hereby granted permission to install and
operate a temporary warming house on the North
half of Fifth Street between the end of the
rink and the East property line of St. Peter
Street for the period commencing January 24,
1958 through February 2, 1958, provided.. that
the insurance being supplied by Saintpaulites,
Inc. carries a specific endorsement insuring
against any accident in the use of this tempor— _
