RESOLVED, by the Council of.the City of Saint Paul, pursuant
to the provisions, terms and conditions of that certain prior
resolution of said Council, designated as Council File No.
184407, approved September 4, 1957, that that certain tract or
parcel of land presently owned by the City of Saint Paul, a
Minnesota municipal corporation, lying and being in said City
of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, and
described as follows, to -wit:
The east 25 feet of Lot 24, Block 3, Robert
A. Smith's Rearrangement of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6 and 7, of Wilkin and Haywardts Outlots,
be and the same hereby is appropriated therefor and forever
dedicated and shall henceforth constitute a public alley,
subject to all public alley uses and purposes.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the City Clerk be and hereby is
directed to provide therefor and cause a certified copy of
this resolution and a plan of said dedicated public alley,
prepared and certified by the Commissioner of Public Works,
to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds in and
for Ramsey County, Minnesota, without unnecessary delay.
