This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation

The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordains
SECTION 1
That the unexpended balance in the Finance Commissioner Fund is
hereby appropriated and set aside for the purpose of paying the salaries
of the department and purchasing supplies and equipment for the year 1958.
SECTION 2
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.
SECTION 3
This ordinance shall take effect and be is force immediately upon
