RESOLVED, that the proposed lease by Northern Pacific
Railway Company, Lessor, to City of Saint Paul, Lessee, of
certain portions of said Railway Company's Duluth Short Line
right -of -way for public softball field uses at an annual
rent charge of $10.00, dated the lot day of October, 1957,
hereby is in all things approved and authorized and the proper
City officers hereby are authorized to execute and deliver-
same in the name and behalf of said City.
