Dear Sirs
In regard to the application of the Kest Publishing Company for
permission to install a one thousand gallon underground gasoline storage
tank for private use only at their warehouse located on McMillan Road,
under the High Bridge.
We have investigated the foregoing and report that such an
installation at the desired location would not greatly increase
the fire hazard in that vicinity.

It is herewith requested that

the installation of a gasoline storage tank for the
private use of the company.
This tank will be a 1,01+5 gallon
underground tank and will be installed in accordance
with the regulations and requirements of the City
Building Code and the St. Paul Fire Prevention Bureau.
The tank will be installed at our
Warehouse which is located on McMillan Road, under the
High Bridge. /I
