OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK FORM DATE RESOLVED, that pursuant to Sec. 418.11, Minnesota Statutes 1941, and in accordance with the Stipulation and Order of the District Court, in the case of Richard Geiger, plaintiff, vs. City of Saint Paul, and Theodore Petersen, defendants, said Richard Geiger, plaintiff, be paid the sum of $10,901.55 out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, said amount repre- senting the judgment entered in the District Court, including costs, disbursements and interest, in full payment of damages sustained in an accident involving Theodore Petersen, a police officer, while in the performance of his official duties. RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution supersedes Council File No. 185166, approved November 15, 1957.
