The property is described as Lots 2, 3 and the east 10' of 4, Block 3, Midway Industrial Division. The zoning is Lt A- -Heavy Industry. The property under consideration is "L" shaped with a frontage of 133 ft. on University and extends 162 ft. south. The applicant proposes to construct an 18 car capacity lot which is to be served by a new driveway from University Avenue. A gasoline pump is to be located towards the rear of the parking lot. The plans are in accordance with existing design standards and the layout and operation of this facility have been approved by the Traffic Engineer. Field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic. In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoming'recommends that this permit for a parking lot and private pump be granted in accord�noe with the plans approved Oct. 3, 1957. / ' CDL :RJK Enc.
