Winkel" An ordinance granting permission to Lee Denis Dufresne and Marjorie L. Dufresne to connect their homestead at 1695 Larpenteur Avenue, Village of Maplewood, the same being all that tract or parcel of land in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, more particularly described as the East 64 feet of the West 101 feet of Lot 25, Block 2, Garden Acres, to the sewer system of the City of Saint Paul, for the disposal of sanitary sewage, and regulating the conditions thereof. This is an emer- gency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That permission is hereby given to Lee Dennis Dufresne and Marjorie L. Dufresne to connect their homestead at 1695 Larpenteur Avenue, Village of Maplewood, the same being all that tract or parcel of land in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, more particularly described.as the East 64 feet of the West 101 feet of Lot 25, Block 2, Garden Acres, with the existing sewer of the City of Saint Paul, upon the following conditions: 1. Said permittees or their successors in interest in respect to said real estate shall pay to the City of Saint Paul the sum of $5.00 per frontage foot of said real estate, for an aggregate frontage of 64 feet, said sum to be in lieu of special assessments and taxes on account of the sewer service, and upon payment of said sum, said permittees or their successor in interest in respect of said real estate shall be granted a permit to con- struct, maintain and operate a sewer connection connecting said premises with the public sewer, representing an extension of the public sewer system of the City of Saint Paul in Larpenteur Avenue along the line of the same, for the drainage of sanitary sewage from said premises and the disposition of same, through the public sewer system of said City of Saint Paul. 2. Said permittees or their successors shall, within 90 days from the passage of this ordinance, file a written acceptance thereof, specifically agreeing to all the provisions, terms and conditions herein, and upon compliance therewith the Commissioner of Public Works -is hereby authorized to isue a permit for said sewer extension, subje.expressly to the provisions of thin ordinance and Ordinance No. 8831, as amended, Sections 6 through 14"; Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage,, approval and publication.
