RESOLVED, that the Comissioner of Public Works is hereby
authorized to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of
St. Paul with the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company,
which agreement shall grant permission to the City of St, Paul by
said Railroad Company so that the City may utilize an existing
culvert owned by said Railroad, creasing under tracks of said
railroad in the vicinity of Battle Greek Park, for the purpose of
placing the so— called Battle Creek sewer, the details of which are
more specifically described in that certain copy of proposed
agreement which is attached to this resolution and made a part
thereof and which said form of agreement as drafted, has been
approved as to engineering and general requirements by the Chief
Engineer of the Department of Public Works of the City of St. Paul.,
