AFRICAN STANDARD in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #6707 of said Amstan Supply Division of American Standard
at a total contract price of $9,057.00,(Board of dater Commissioners reserves the right
to increase any individual item of the Materials of the contract by an amount not to
exceed 20% of the quantities indicated for each item) such bid being one of two identical
bids and said Amstan Supply Division of American Standard being a reasonable and reliable
bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form
of contract theXofor and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
