That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding to Section $8, thereof, the following: "No vehicle shall be left standing at any time on the north side of Charles Avenue between Carleton Street and Raymond Avenue ". Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency or- dinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Section 3.
