WHEREAS, There was created a vacancy on the
Joint City and County Detention and Corrections Auth-
ority by the resignation of Mr. Frank De Marzitelli
from the Council of the City of Saint Paul and from
said Authority; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the City Council, that it does
hereby appoint Commissioner Adrian P. Winkel as a mem-
ber of said Joint City and County Detention and Corree
tions Authority to fill the unexpired term of said Com-
missioner Marzitelli, and said appointment be made by
this Council under and pursuant to the provisions of
Laws of the State of Minnesota of 1955, Chapter 353,
Section 15, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is
hereby directed to prepare and send a certified copy of
this resolution to the Executive Secretary of the Auth-
ority hereinabove named„
