additional braces and :extension of scuppers, this work having
been requested by the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and
Public Buildings, and agreement made with the Contractor, and
a memorandum of said agreement having been filed with the
Comptroller and countersigned by him-.

Contract Number G -913 was awarded to the Pavek Construc-
tion Company for the Como Pavilion Rehabilitation, located at
Como Park, St. Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this Contra it has
been found necessary to install additional braces and to tend
the scuppers, and negotiations have been conducted with the
Contractor who agrees to take care of these items for the extra
amount of $53.35 which is a reasonable amount for the labor and
material involved.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $53.35
to contract number G -913 to cover the above described work.
