COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
WHEREAS, the following work scheduled under the Emergency
Flood Control Project will have to be carried over into 1958,
namely, the construction of a dike and installation of a flood
gate in the channel Easterly from State Street between the
Chicago, Great Western Railway Company tracks and the State
Street Dump, be it therefore
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be, and
he is. hereby directed to,do the above described work at an
estimated cost of $4,960:00, by City Forces, and be-it
FURTHER RESOLVED,'That the cost of the above work be
financed through P.I.R. Fund Code 3001, same fund to be
reimbursed from Emergency Flood Control Fund Code 13' -M
